This Terms sets forth the rules for the use of the SimpleBot Platform. Please note that by accepting it, you are contracting our services and agreeing to the conditions presented in this contract. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions presented, do not complete your registration or use our services. The use of the platform implies a tacit hiring of our services and by virtue of this hiring, agreement with the clauses presented here.
Please note that we may change our Terms of Use at any time, and it is your responsibility under Simplebot's terms to stay updated and adhere to the policies posted here.

Prohibited Content
- Content that violates the rights of third parties (e.g., copyright) according to applicable law;
- Excessively profane content;
- Related to hatred or violent content;
- Content advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;
- Content advocating hacker or cracker activity;
- Online gaming;
- Other illegal activity, including, without limitation, illegal exposure of controlled substances or illegal software;
- Phishing;
- Malicious content;
- Other materials, products, or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights;
- Bots with criminal content;
- Any application that goes against the permitted content of this document
Prohibited Actions
- Upload, distribute, disseminate, or offer to do the same with regard to any content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable illegal;
- Intentionally distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
- Distribute pyramid schemes and the like;
- Transmit content that may be harmful to minors;
- Impersonate another person (through the use of a Discord account or otherwise) or misrepresent yourself or the origin of any email;
- Illegally transmit intellectual property or other proprietary information without the permission of the owner or licensor;
- Use the Service to violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others;
- Promote or encourage illegal activity;
- Interfere with the use of the Service by other users;
- Conduct significant load testing without first obtaining written consent from SimpleBot, otherwise these may be treated as denial-of-service attacks;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights contained in or on the Service;
- Reformat or frame any part of the web pages that are part of the service administration display;
- Use the Service in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing;
- Use the Service for bitcoins and other digital currencies (cryptocurrencies);
- Display any content on the Service that contains any hate-related or violent content or contains any other materials, products, or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights;
- It is prohibited to automate normal Discord user accounts (usually called "self-bots").
